MOZTECH strives to provide quality-assured and good-performance products. Sometimes, we know that our products don’t quite meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for this. If you experience this, please contact our customer service for help.
Return&Refund of the product also depends on the WARRANTY of the product. If the return is deemed appropriate by our staff (such as the wrong product received, the unsolvable issue occurred, etc), we'll assist to offer return procedures and addresses. We do not accept a random return without any notice. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
1) Don't like the product, "feels unsatisfying" or want to exchange or return
All items may be returned or exchanged within 7 Days of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for returns, the item(s) must be in their original condition when received, including all product documentation, and shipped within 3 days.
MOZTECH owns a return merchandise authorization, so you will only pay for return shipping and Customs fees. We'll arrange the refund after checking the items.
Important Notice: Customized items and shipping fees are not refundable.
2) Order cancellation
It's better to contact us within 12 hours once you place the order. If you want to change or cancel it. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
3) Receiving a Wrong or Damaged Product
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we offer two solutions:
Full Refund: We will promptly arrange a full refund of your purchase.
Replacement: Alternatively, if you prefer, we can send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
For an exchange or return due to a wrong shipment, please ensure the following:
The item is in new and unused condition.
It is in the original packaging, just as you received it from us.
Please note that if the item is returned to us in a different or damaged condition, a partial or no refund will be issued.
In case the item was delivered in a damaged condition, we kindly request your assistance in providing photos that clearly show the extent of the damage. This will aid us in processing the carrier claim efficiently.
To initiate your exchange or return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
4) Incorrect contact information or address, refusing import clearance or refusing sign for the parcel.
In this case, the seller shall not be responsible for costs, charges, expenses, and losses incurred by the buyer. All shipment notifications of orders will be informed by email, please check the order and logistic status in time to avoid any error or delayed delivery.
5) Not receiving the product from a shipping courier.
If all information for delivery is correct, we recommend contacting the courier regarding any issues with the shipment. We will not offer refunds if the delivery has been fulfilled by the courier in accordance with tracking, nor will we resend the order. But our staff can offer the shipping documents or assist you to apply for the claim.
Return/Exchange (if applicable)
Items must be in new condition.
Items must be in the original package with all accessories and a user guide.
Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your statement can vary depending on the payment method that was used.

Warranty Policy
MOZTECH provides a one-year limited warranty for all hardware products, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date you receive the product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Eligibility & Conditions
If your product arrives damaged or with visible defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the product will be considered delivered in good condition, and appearance-based after-sales requests will no longer be accepted.
During the warranty period, if your MOZTECH product malfunctions due to faulty materials or workmanship, MOZTECH will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defect, or
- Send replacement parts, or
- Replace the product with the same model or a similar item of equal or greater value (not exceeding the original purchase price).
All repairs and replacements will use parts currently available at the time of service.
Shipping Policy for Warranty Service
If a product requires repair or replacement after six months from purchase, MOZTECH may request the product to be shipped back for evaluation.
- Shipping costs to us are the responsibility of the customer.
- MOZTECH will cover the repair labor, material costs, and return shipping.
The final handling method will depend on the actual condition of the product and our assessment.
This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, or altered in any way.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or improper operation.
- Cosmetic or subjective issues, such as color discrepancies, minor scratches, or appearance differences.
- Any damage incurred during shipping, unless reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Damage due to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environmental exposure.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or degradation due to daily use.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or platforms.
- Any product upon which unauthorized service has been performed.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
MOZTECH MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS POLICY.
This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
MOZTECH shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of business or revenue
- Data loss
- Downtime or costs associated with repairing/replacing third-party equipment
Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, MOZTECH’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request service:
- Contact contact@moztech.cc with a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the defect.
- Our support team will assess your claim and may issue a Return Authorization (RA) if needed.
- Return shipments without prior RA will not be accepted.
- If non-warranty repairs are necessary, you will receive a quote and must provide approval before service begins.
Only MOZTECH or authorized service partners are permitted to perform warranty service. Any unauthorized repair will void this warranty.
Final Notes
This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by country or state.
